What Do I Do If I Don't Have An Activity Tracker?

A: You can use 10,000 Steps with or without an activity tracker!
Most modern smartphones come with built-in step tracking capabilities through health and fitness apps including Apple Health and Android Health Connect.
Alternatively, you can use a hip or lanyard pedometer. You can add your steps directly in your Step Log or on the app.
You can also estimate your steps by using step conversion based on the activities you engage in.
Remember, the primary goal is to increase your daily activity if you can, and be more mindful of your movement. Every step counts!
